This data is acquired using valid licence as a user of third party tournament platforms. The use of this data in the 8Realms system does not adversely affect the data providers financially, as third-party data is already available free of charge. 8Realms does not compete with these providers as the 8Realms Elo system is not offered by these providers. 8Realms restricts accepted data to data submitted via these providers, ensuring that these providers financially benefit from their product and additionally increasing user engagement and revenue to these providers.

5.1 Data Accuracy: While we strive to use accurate and up-to-date data, 8Realms.net makes no warranties regarding the reliability and accuracy of the data sourced from third-party platforms.
